10/12/10- Another great day of Striper fishing on the Kennebec...Tom & Renee from Arizona joined me for the day as they made a pitstop in Bath during their tour up the Maine coast....for Renee it was all about the foliage, the lobsterboats, the lighthouses and the wildlife....for Tom it was simply all about the Striped Bass....and we found plenty of everything for both of them to enjoy!!!10/11/10- Spent another morning with the Baur brothers from Kansas City, Missouri...A few days ago Bruce & Kyle spent the day bashing Striped Bass on the Kennebec river...today we headed ESE of Monhegan in pursuit of groundfish...as soon as our butterfly jigs hit bottom we were instantly hooked up with a pair of keeper cod...this continued for a few hours as cod after cod slammed our jigs!!!
